By initializing a TowPuck node (Tag), you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptable Use

TowPuck is strictly for vehicle coordination (parking conflicts, towing alerts, emergency notifications). Any use for harassment, stalking, or spam will result in an immediate, ban.

2. Liability Limitation

TowPuck is a communication relayer, not a security service. We are not liable for vehicle theft, damage, or towing fees incurred even if a notification was missed.

3. Premium Subscriptions

Premium features are billed as one-time or recurring payments. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis via our Support Node.
